Kris Van Rattingen has founded the company in 2015, after more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in frozen bakery, especially in Western-Europe and Scandinavia, in b-to-b, retail and QSR.  His main competences are product innovation, bakery trends and category management. We work together with reliable partners, like Panelux (Luxembourg), Fazer (Finland), Backshop (Germany) and some innovative Italian producers.
